Lawyer fined for obstruction under OIA

A false loan agreement led to penalties for the buyer and his lawyer.

Auckland solicitor Dr Jaeho Choi has been fined $60,250 for obstructing an Overseas Investment Office (OIO) investigation into the acquisition of a Helensville property.
