Disgraced city lawyer Brian Ellis has lost a High Court appeal against a decision to strike him off the roll of barristers and solicitors.
The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal had found misconduct by the lawyer and ordered he be removed from practice.
