Law firm found negligent in advice to body corporate

Negligent advice by law firm Grimshaw & Co caused delays and significant costs for a body corporate trying to fix leaky building problems on a Takapuna tower, the High Court has found.

In a judgment issued on April 28, Justice Kiri Tahana found Grimshaw breached its duty of care to the body
