Ex-pat businessman George Kerr has lost an appeal against a High Court order to repay debt of $65 million plus interest owed to BNZ.
In a ruling issued this morning after a hearing in October last year, the Appeal Court of Justices Patricia Courtney, Sarah Katz and Pheroze Jagose dismissed appeals
