Judge says DGL dispute adjournment no ‘indulgence’ to Simon Henry

A judge has dismissed a claim for $20,000 in “wasted costs” against DGL Group founder Simon Henry after a hearing relating to a dispute over a business acquisition was delayed because of Covid-19 border restrictions.
