Judge rules FMA claim against dead CBL director can go ahead

The High Court has ruled the Financial Markets Authority’s claim against the estate of the late CBL deputy chair Alistair Hutchison can continue, even though he can’t give evidence and the regulator is not seeking any financial penalty against him.
