Judge extends freezing orders over $5m dental practice debt

Lender De Lage Landen feared assets might be dissipated before money was repaid.

The High Court has extended freezing orders covering the assets of a dental chain owner owing $5 million to Rabobank unit De Lage Landen.

In a judgment issued on March 18, Justice Laura O’Gorman said De Lage Landen had provided finance to equip dental practices owned by Dr Madhava Gopi Reddy
