A company owned by wealthy businessman and convicted sex offender James Wallace has failed in a bid to recover $1.2 million from the founder of a home building firm.

Wallace Corporation, 100% owned by James Wallace, sought summary judgment against Ilan Gross over loans to his company Podular Housing
