IRD's dogged pursuit of Frucor hits appeal court

The decade-long tax dispute goes for another round after Frucor's High Court win.

Inland Revenue’s contention that a convoluted funding arrangement between beverage company Frucor and Deutsche Bank was tax avoidance got another airing today as it took the more than a decade-long dispute to the Court of Appeal in Wellington.
