High Court supports Grounded Kiwis' MIQ challenge

Judge finds 'virtual lobby' process for MIQ spots was unjust.

Lobby group Grounded Kiwis has succeeded in its High Court challenge of the Government’s now-lapsed requirement that New Zealand citizens go through managed isolation and quarantine in order to return home.

The case was brought by the group, arguing the requirement to stay in an MIQ facility
