High Court hands back Fijian legal trouble

The High Court of New Zealand has ruled its Fijian counterpart is the more appropriate forum to bestow justice over a dispute between trans-Tasman corporates over alleged misleading conduct that induced $FJ20 million ($14.2m) for shares in a Fiji island resort.
