Fuji Xerox auditor continues name suppression bid

The Fuji Xerox auditor’s lawyer alleged in court the disciplinary tribunal that ruled against him was biased.

One of the auditors of Fuji Xerox’s New Zealand subsidiary is continuing to fight for his name to be suppressed.

The accountant, who led Fuji Xerox’s audit team, has sought permanent name suppression in an application for judicial review in the Wellington High Court of last year’s decision
