New Zealand businessman Andrew Griffiths has launched litigation against the receivers of the Six Senses Fiji resort, which sold for $17.4 million earlier this year.

The legal action was mentioned in a second receivers’ report on the resort’s New Zealand-registered owner, Island Grace (Fiji) Ltd
