FMA files proceedings against QEX Logistics and its founder

The company, delisted in April 2022, failed to lodge financial statements for the 2021, '22 and '23 financial years.

Formerly listed dairy trader QEX Logistics, which was booted from the stock exchange in 2022 following a sustained period of non-compliance, is facing legal action from the Financial Markets Authority.

QEX was listed on the NZX between 2018 and 2022 as a New Zealand-based export and cross-border
