FMA files criminal charges against financial adviser

The FMA issued a permanent stop order against against Wisdom House and Yuen Pok Loo last year.

The Financial Markets Authority has filed criminal charges against a financial adviser who stole $36,000 from his former employer and falsely held himself out as an authorised financial adviser.

Last year, the FMA opened a criminal investigation after issuing a permanent stop order against Wisdom
