Auckland lawyer Brian Ellis had five secret disciplinary rulings against him in recent years before he was finally banned from practising for six months, NBR can reveal.
Mr Ellis was censured and suspended by the NZ Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal in August for misconduct
