Feltex class action could drag on into 2021

Funding issues nearly drew the case to a halt today.

The more than decade-long Feltex class action case nearly came to an unceremonious end today at the Wellington High Court, due to lack of funding.

It was due to be the first day of a five-week trial in the courtroom but the case has been “reluctantly adjourned” by Justice Robert Dobson
