Ex-Hamilton Hindin Greene director’s appeal bid blocked

James Smalley’s multi-million-dollar dispute with stockbroker emerged last year.

The Supreme Court has declined to hear a claim from a former director and major shareholder of Hamilton Hindin Greene related to an EY valuation of his $2.15 million holding in the stockbroking firm.

Last August, a judgment from the High Court at Christchurch revealed a dispute dating back to 2018
