ERA orders name suppression for ex Stonewood staffer

Affidavit alleges ‘threatening’ statements from Stonewood employment advocate.

The Stonewood master franchise was acquired from receivers by Chow group company Inno Project No 8 in March 2016.

The Employment Relations Authority has granted a non-publication order in a case between home building franchisor Stonewood Group and a former employee, saying it was satisfied there would be adverse consequences if the order was not granted.

The case involves the same parties as a Human Rights
