The founders of failed property group Du Val are applying for legal aid in their ongoing legal stoush with the Financial Markets Authority and statutory manager and receiver PwC, with Davey Salmon, KC, and LeeSalmonLong partner Daniel Nilsson no longer representing Kenyon and Charlotte
