Defendants in alleged $3.5m bribery case named by SFO

Charges include corruption of an official, corrupt use of official information, and obtaining by deception.

The Serious Fraud Office is now able to name two defendants in an alleged $3.5 million bribery and corruption case as Daud Suryantyo and Henry Rogo.

The SFO filed charges in December 2023 against a former project manager and two associates relating to the award of lucrative public sector
