Court grants extra week to decide Tamarind’s fate

Administrators had sought an extra two months.

The administrator for insolvent oil company Tamarind Taranaki has gained just one extra week to call a watershed meeting after asking the High Court for a full two months of grace.

Tamarind fell into administration on November 11 and is understood to owe up to $US192 million, including $US100m
