Court case over ANZ’s role in customer's bank fraud settled

Another clash between a major bank and victims of online banking fraud has settled, leaving the law unclear. 

The case between Distribution Control and ANZ is the latest in a series of online banking fraud cases brought by lawyer John Waugh since 2010.
