Retirement village financier Senior Trust Capital has won a $3.4 million summary judgment claim against Tony Hannon and Chris Holmes as guarantors of a loan for property development in Wānaka.

In a judgment issued on November 3, Associate Judge Dale Lester also ordered Hannon and Holmes to pay
