ComCom sues Fletcher on plasterboard supplies

The Commerce Commission has filed legal action against Fletcher Building subsidiary Winstone Wallboards alleging its supply agreements on plasterboard were anti-competitive.

The lawsuit covers Winstone’s use of retroactive tiered rebates in deals for GIB-branded plasterboard with building supplies
