BNZ, Smartpay argue Optimizer HQ legal claim a ‘car wreck’

The Manas Kumar-founded company’s claim is so deficient it should be written off, lawyer says.

A claim that Bank of New Zealand and Smartpay conspired to cause harm to former NZX aspirant Optimizer HQ is so deficient that “it’s a car wreck and it should be written off,” the bank’s lawyer says.
