Bid to reinstate Feltex claim an ‘abuse of process’
Attempt to bring the 2008 class action back to life has been knocked back by an associate judge.
An application to reinstate the long-running Feltex class action on claims of fresh evidence and new circumstances has been dismissed.
Last October, the 3600 claimants in the original class action from 2008 argued in the High Court at Wellington for the case to be reinstated.
