Bermuda court knockback for Sir Paul Collins in Richina case

A limited partnership linked to Mainzeal with potentially huge assets in China has been controversially dissolved.

Sir Paul Collins was a director of Richina subsidiary Mainzeal from April to December 2012.

As the Supreme Court mulls appeals in multimillion dollar claims for damages over the collapse of construction company Mainzeal in 2013, legal action in Bermuda by former Mainzeal director Sir Paul Collins has suffered a setback.

The litigation covers Mainzeal’s ultimate parent company, Bermuda
