The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has filed civil proceedings over alleged false or misleading representations, regarding an unregulated public sale. 

The proceedings filed against Rangi Wyatt Stephen Savage related to an unregulated public offer for the sale of shares in The Powder Shed Tokoroa
