Agria and chairman hit with fines of more than $200,000

High Court delivers judgment on good character breach.

Global agricultural company Agria and its executive chairman Alan Lai have been fined a total of $220,000 for breaching the good character conditions of the Overseas Investment Act, following its investment in PGG Wrightson.
