Z Energy shareholders approve sale to Ampol
Remaining conditions expected to be satisfied by mid-April.

Z Energy shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the sale of their company to ASX-listed Ampol at a virtual special meeting today.
In a statement to the NZX Z Energy said 98.7% of votes were in favour of the scheme of arrangement.
