Z Energy bidder announces Gull sale
Fuel retailer to be sold to Aussie private equity firm, clearing way for Z Energy takeover.

Z Energy takeover bidder Ampol has announced the sale of its New Zealand fuel retail subsidiary Gull for an enterprise value of $572 million.
Selling Gull was required for Ampol to get Commerce Commission clearance to buy Z Energy.
