Xero annual operating revenue surpasses $1 billion

Accounting software company's net loss reflects reinvestment.

Xero has seen a 29% increase in revenue, hitting over $1 billion in turnover for the first time, but posted a net loss of $9.1 million, which it said is consistent with reinvesting capital back into the business.
