Waterman Capital execs seek more shares in Allied Farmers

Unsolicited offer would take stake to 19.9%.

Allied Farmers runs a livestock trading business and investment company NZ Rural Land Co.

A company belonging to the principals of private equity firm Waterman Capital is offering to buy a further 5.7% of NZX-listed livestock trader and land manager Allied Farmers, taking its stake to 19.9%.
