Underwriters pick up $18m of unsold NZX stock
Bookbuild fails to clear shortfall from retail offer.

Underwriters will take up $18 million of NZX stock after the bulk of shares from a retail share offer went unsold.
The stock exchange operator announced a $44m capital raise on February 17 in a form of a one for nine rights issue at $1.42 a share.
