Synlait says A2 Milk still coy on voting intentions

The NZX-listed milk processor faces receivership if special meeting vote does not approve $130m shareholder loan from Bright Dairy.

Listed milk processor Synlait says major customer and 19.8% shareholder A2 Milk has not advised how it intends to vote at a crucial special meeting on Thursday.

Debt-stricken Synlait needs $130 million to repay its bankers by July 15 and the only option on the table is a short-term loan from 39%
