PwC resigns as Laybuy auditor

BDO appointed as new auditor after tender process.

Laybuy suffered a $52m operating cash outflow in the year to March.

Buy-now, pay-later company Laybuy has announced the resignation of its auditor PwC less than two weeks after the firm was automatically reappointed at the annual meeting.

In a statement to the ASX, Laybuy said it had appointed BDO as new auditor after a tender process.
