Pushpay bidder gets more time to come up with new offer

Consortium and Pushpay had until 5pm Tuesday to either agree to a new meeting or scrap the deal.

The takeover offer was a 13% premium to the price before the company went into a trading halt in October.

The consortium whose $1.539 billion takeover of dual-listed church payment and management software company Pushpay was last week blocked by shareholders has been given extra time to come up with a new offer.
