NZME says it’s had no interaction with new investor

NZX-listed media company NZME says it’s had no prior interactions with its new substantial shareholder, James T Grenon.
In a market filing this morning, Grenon has disclosed a stake in the NZX-listed company of 17.5 million shares, or 9.321% of its stock.
He acquired the shares through on-market
