Dual-listed Move Logistics has bought a new transport company to help put it on a better road to growth.
The company’s loss in the year ended June was $4.2 million and included costs of $3.4m to reset the company.
Revenue was $349.1m, while underlying ebitda was in line with guidance at $54.3m.
