MHM Automation to acquire Wyma for $60m

Christchurch-headquartered MHM Automation (MHM) has signed a conditional agreement to acquire post-harvest vegetable and fruit handling equipment company Wyma Engineering (NZ).

Wyma, which is also Christchurch-based, has operations in Europe and the United Kingdom and is majority-owned by interests
