Local stock market swept up in global equities selloff
The defensive growth characteristics of many NZX constituents should provide some resilience, says analyst.

The local stock market has caught a whiff of the fear that has ripped through global capital markets overnight, opening 1.2% lower this morning and moving only as far as 1.3% down by midday.
