Infratil buys into Hong Kong-based global network business
Deal involves initial US$160m investment for 80% of PCCW unit Console Connect.

Infrastructure investor Infratil has announced a conditional deal to buy 80% of a global network business, Console Connect, for US$160 million $257m).
The vendor is Hong-based PCCW subsidiary HKT.
Under the agreement Infratil and HKT will invest a further US$295m over two years in Console Connect,
