The chair of wannabe Waikato milk processor Happy Valley Nutrition has flown to Europe for two weeks of capital raising talks to revive stalled progress on a new infant formula plant near Otorohanga.

Shares in Happy Valley closed on the ASX yesterday at A4.9c, valuing the company at A$9.8
