Good Spirits struggles to secure funding for Nourish deal
The $21.3m deal is now expected to settle in the second quarter.
Good Spirits has delayed its purchase of Nourish Group, blaming Covid-19 for delays in securing a financier for the $21.3 million deal.
The deal will see the NZX-listed bar owner take ownership of Soul Bar & Bistro, Talulah, The Chamberlain, The Brit, Andiamo, Shed 5, The Crab Shack
