Fletcher chair to quit after replacement is found
Appointment of new chair expected by first quarter of 2025.

Fletcher Building acting chair Barbara Chapman has announced she will step down from the board when a replacement chair is appointed.
Chapman, who joined the board in September 2018, has been acting chair since her predecessor Bruce Hassall accelerated his resignation in March.
