EastPack seeks $30m from offer of loan notes

Kiwifruit post-harvest co-op EastPack is seeking $30 million from an issue of five-year unsecured loan notes offering interest at 8.5%.

The company said money raised would help it take advantage of projected growth in volumes of SunGold kiwifruit, which was driving demand for processing and storage
