ComCom to sue Fletcher over plasterboard rebates

Investigation launched in November 2022 found alleged anticompetitive conduct by Winstone Wallboards.

The Commerce Commission plans to sue Fletcher Building for its use of volume rebates on Winstone Wallboards products, alleging the practice breached the Commerce Act.
