Bidding war breaks out for ASX-listed builder AV Jennings

ASX-listed home builder AV Jennings, known in New Zealand for its Ara Hills development in Orewa and the Hobsonville Point development in Auckland, has become the prize in a bidding war after a surprise offer announced yesterday.
