AMCI stockholders approve merger with carbon recycler LanzaTech

The vote follows additional investment to get the SPAC deal across the line.

AMCI stockholders have approved the merger of publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) company, ACMI Acquisition Corp II and New Zealand-founded and US-based carbon recycler LanzaTech.

The vote had been delayed twice, presumably to raise the additional capital required.
